SALTED (Austin, TX), PATCH KIT, PREACHER, CONNOR DOTAY

7pm, Friday, September 6, 2013

Free show with donations to the bands encouraged.

SALTED: Turkish psych influenced acid doom from Austin, Texas: http://saltedhumans.bandcamp.com/track/the-watcher-2

PATCH KIT: Jessica, of THE NEW AND VERY WELCOME, returns with her new indie/emo/punk band (they are NOT from Willimantic) http://patchkit.bandcamp.com/

CONNOR DOTAY: "This music is for all of the oppressed and disenfranchised of the world. If you don't like it, it was never for you anyway." http://youtu.be/kHo_3LVNpC4

PREACHER: Guitar & drum duo. Their first show at Willimantic Records sounded accidentally like the Fall with Beefheart's drummer. Their second show here sounded nothing like that, more like 1985 vintage Greg Ginn jamming with a speed metal drummer. An intense surprise. Let's see what they come back with on their third visit.
